  • What do I need to provide?

Once you've chosen your package and completed payment, we'll send you a secure upload link. You can then send us your favourite photos and video clips, along with any details you'd like us to know about your video. The more great memories you give us, the more we have to work with!

  • How long will my video take?

Once we've received all your photos, videos and information, we'll get to work creating your memory video. Your finished video will normally be completed within 7 - 10 days. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, so you know when your creation is ready.

  • Can I choose the music for my video?

You can tell us the style or mood of music you'd like your video to have, and we'll use your preferences when selecting a suitable track. Because commercially released music is protected by copyright, we can't simply include a specific copyrighted song in your video unless the necessary rights or licence have been obtained. Instead, we use royalty-free and appropriately licensed music that can legally be incorporated into your finished memory video. We'll carefully select a track that complements the emotion, pace and story of your memories. While we can't guarantee a specific song, we'll always use your preferences to help create a soundtrack that feels right for your video.

  • How will I receive my finished video?

Once your video is complete, we'll send you a private viewing link. Simply click the link, press play and enjoy your memories brought to life. You'll also be able to download and share your finished video with family and friends. All completed videos will be in 16:9 ratio.

  • What quality should my photos and videos be?

For the very best results, please upload the highest-quality photos and videos you have. The more moments we have to work with, the more personal and meaningful your finished video will be. We recommend: 50–200 photos 5–15 video clips Maximum file size: 65MB per file Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, MP4, MOV, and HEIC

  • What if I have more photos or videos than my package allows?

No problem! Our packages are designed to give you plenty of content to work with, but if you have extra special memories you'd really like included, just let us know. Depending on the amount of additional content, we may be able to accommodate it for a small additional charge.
